What we do
We install CCTV for HDB upgrading works, condo lift-lobby refreshes, shophouse front and rear coverage, retail POS areas, and warehouse loading bays. The technician who surveys your site is on the installation crew — we do not hand jobs to unknown subcontractors.
Each quotation includes a camera layout sketch showing lens direction, approximate field of view, NVR location, and cable path. You know what you are paying for before work starts.
We operate independently. We are not HDB, a Town Council, the police, or a camera manufacturer. Where MCST or landlord approval is needed, we tell you what to submit — we do not sign forms on their behalf.

Singapore field experience
HDB external mounts often need Town Council or owner approval. Condo jobs follow MCST by-laws on camera placement facing common property. Landed homes run longer cables from gate to indoor NVR — usually in the storeroom near the router.
When cameras may capture public footpaths, we flag PDPA placement considerations during the survey so you can post notices where needed.
