Coverage planning
Camera count follows blind spots on your plan — not a sales quota. Every lens position is marked on the diagram we send with the quote.
About
WatchGrid Pro surveys, installs, and maintains IP camera systems from our Pasir Panjang office — with coverage plans drawn before any camera is mounted.
We install CCTV for HDB upgrading works, condo lift-lobby refreshes, shophouse front and rear coverage, retail POS areas, and warehouse loading bays. The technician who surveys your site is on the installation crew — we do not hand jobs to unknown subcontractors.
Each quotation includes a camera layout sketch showing lens direction, approximate field of view, NVR location, and cable path. You know what you are paying for before work starts.
We operate independently. We are not HDB, a Town Council, the police, or a camera manufacturer. Where MCST or landlord approval is needed, we tell you what to submit — we do not sign forms on their behalf.

IP66 outdoor housings, IR range matched to car-porch distance, NVR drives sized for your retention target in days.
Annual visits for lens wipe-down, drive health checks, and firmware updates — optional but recommended for outdoor units.
HDB external mounts often need Town Council or owner approval. Condo jobs follow MCST by-laws on camera placement facing common property. Landed homes run longer cables from gate to indoor NVR — usually in the storeroom near the router.
When cameras may capture public footpaths, we flag PDPA placement considerations during the survey so you can post notices where needed.
