Keeping the system online
A camera with a dead IR LED or a full drive fails quietly. Maintenance visits include remote ping checks, firmware updates, lens cleaning, and drive replacement before recording gaps appear.

App setup is included with installation. Annual maintenance starts from SGD 480 for residential NVR systems and scales with channel count for commercial sites. Ask about maintenance.
