Typical home requests

Owners call us after parcel theft, repeated doorbell rings with no one visible, or to check on elderly parents from abroad. Landlords add entrance cameras before a new tenancy. Some MCST committees refresh lift-lobby units after resident complaints.

We angle cameras to cover your threshold and private driveway — not neighbour doors or public walkways beyond what is reasonable for your own security.

  • Main door and gate with optional two-way audio
  • Car porch cameras set to capture licence plates at your gate width
  • Side gate and backyard units for landed properties
  • PoE to an NVR in the storeroom or near the router

HDB, condo, and landed differences

HDB external mounts may need owner or Town Council sign-off. Condo installs must follow MCST rules on cameras facing common areas. Landed homes allow more positions but need longer cable runs from gate to NVR.

We identify NVR placement — often the bomb shelter or cupboard under the stairs — and configure separate app logins for family members who need view-only access.

Two to four camera home installs typically start from SGD 1,200 depending on cabling and storage days. Book a home survey.
